URL title mode
Create a thread from the first HTTP or HTTPS link and use the page title.
Accepted message
The message must contain at least one valid HTTP or HTTPS URL. Auto Threads uses the first link it finds.
Title resolution
The bot fetches the page in memory, accepts only HTML or XHTML, and extracts its title. Every request has time, size, and redirect limits.
If the page is unavailable or has no usable title, the domain becomes the thread name. The bot reports this fallback inside the thread.
Message without a URL
An invalid message follows the rejected-message policy. Depending on your settings, it can be kept or deleted after a delay with a public warning.
Link privacy
The URL, received page, and title are not stored or added to logs. The request still reveals the usual Auto Threads server network address to the remote website.
